Our Story

In June 2024, due to challenging trading circumstances, Brisk Air entered voluntary administration and faced immediate liquidation. This left many employees uncertain about their futures, with some also facing complications related to their visa sponsorships.

However, a group of investors recognised an opportunity to create a pathway forward for these employees, while also paving the way for an alternative provider of high-quality services to the industry. This vision gave rise to the formation of Brisk Air Solutions Pty Ltd (BAS) and ARTICA.

With a leadership team that brings expertise in mining, civil services, haulage, finance, and technology, BAS is redefining the approach to haulage manufacturing. We are focused on innovation and developing a fresh strategy for growth.
A key part of our transformation is the introduction of new support programs for our staff, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of family, health, and wellness.

At BAS, we are dedicated to fostering a health conscious environment, providing men’s support services, and partnering with mental health non-profits and community-driven fitness organisations. Our goal is to support everyone connected to our company, ensuring alignment with our health-focused vision and culture.
